Having Trouble or Receiving an Error?

Hey Sweepszilla players! We hope you’re having fun as always. At Sweepszilla we love to make sure you are having the best experience possible at all times. Our team works around the clock to make sure that the games are working, the website gets faster, and they are always adding exciting new things to Sweepszilla. At one point Sweepszilla only had five prizes and now we have over 25!

One thing we would like to ask of our players is that if you’re ever experiencing problems, to please let us know. Perhaps a game is working correctly or you are not receiving your Zillas after playing. You can use the Contact Us page to let our team know about any issues. We read each and every one of your messages and send them to the appropriate team members.

 When leaving a message it really helps if you can follow these steps:

Give a detailed description of the problem you’re experiencing and how long you’ve been experiencing it.
Let us know what type of device you’re playing on – desktop, mobile, or tablet and please let us know what browser you are using.
